Love Raw White Wafer Crispies
Everyones childhood favourite, the humble Chocolate Crackle, gets a makeover!

2 x cups chocolate rice bubbles |
Melt the vegan white chocolate and then pour in the peanut butter and combine. In a seperate bowl add the chocolate rice bubbles and pour over the white chocolate mix stirring everything to ensure that all of the rice bubbles are evenly coated. Press firmly into a lined 20cm x 20cm baking dish. Refrigerate.
For the topping, mix together the peanut butter and vegan choc hazelnut spread in a bowl. Once the base is reasonably firm, remove from the fridge and cover with the topping, followed by the chopped up White Wafer Bars. Refrigerate until firm and then slice into squares. |
